Women’s Health simplifies my life. Like, really. I did two circuits non-stop of the “Dancer’s Workout” thing they’ve got on there, and it’s really tiring!! But I feel great! I think I’ll do this plus the 16-minute cardio workout tomorrow. ALSO: I remember reading that 16 minutes is the optimal time for cardio. I’m not sure why.

Employed some circuit training over at the gym today, and clocked around 40 minutes start to finish. I have to admit I was inspired by something I was reading — I love when the characters of a story are physically active. It makes me wanna be active, too, because I have a funny way of relating to book characters. Not to mention I kind of end up having book crushes on the guys they...
