25 May, 2012: P90X Prelims - Legs and Back + Ab...
I’m officially starting on Monday, but I wanted to work out today. So I’m doing the workout slated for Friday (doesn’t matter, really, I’m just feeling obsessive compulsive)! How I’m feeling: Pretty ok, but I had to stop halfway. :| The weather is really muggy so it’s hard to breathe. Don’t wanna risk anything before I’ve even begun! Oh, HELP...

07 May 2012: My knees hurt from standing all day.
I was supposed to work out, but yeah. Also my back is aching! I am sitting the rest of today out. Literally. Side question: how many calories does standing up burn?
06 May 2012: Gym
Yup, still keeping the workout thing going. Performed 2 circuits with 16 minutes of cardio over half an hour. Tomorrow I plan to go 4 circuits with no cardio, and then cardio on Wednesday. Guh
