25 May, 2012: P90X Prelims - Legs and Back + Ab...
I’m officially starting on Monday, but I wanted to work out today. So I’m doing the workout slated for Friday (doesn’t matter, really, I’m just feeling obsessive compulsive)!
How I’m feeling: Pretty ok, but I had to stop halfway. :| The weather is really muggy so it’s hard to breathe. Don’t wanna risk anything before I’ve even begun!
Oh, HELP...
Starting P90X again. I'm determined to finish it...

07 May 2012: My knees hurt from standing all day.
I was supposed to work out, but yeah. Also my back is aching! I am sitting the rest of today out. Literally.
Side question: how many calories does standing up burn?

Yup, still keeping the workout thing going.
Performed 2 circuits with 16 minutes of cardio over half an hour. Tomorrow I plan to go 4 circuits with no cardio, and then cardio on Wednesday. Guh
